  Regardless of your payment method, any additional fees associated with your Bank or Financial Institution(s) that occur during the payment process are charged to you and your account. 2VNTRAVEL is not responsible for any fees.

Due to reasons beyond Nini Luong travel services's control, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all confirmation emails and notifications. These reasons may include failed email, incorrect email address, email goes to spam folder, etc. if you do not receive email related to your Documents, you must contact Customer Service at least 2 days before arrival date. Nini Luong travel services will not be liable for any loss or damage, including any refund claims.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the accuracy of the information in your documents. For any mistakes, the applicant must contact us immediately to correct them, otherwise the applicant is fully responsible for these mistakes. If these mistakes are made on our part, we will process the document for free, and if it is on the applicant's part, the applicant must pay the full fee to obtain a new document. The process of receiving the new document will take 1-2 working days, so the applicant must double-check the accuracy of the information as soon as the official letter is received.

Vietnam visa approval letters are usually issued with your name and other information, so you can see your name, passport number and date of birth in the same Document as others. If you would like to have your own Official Document, please send a request to support247@niniluongtravelservices.com
